Ring three · CareCircus Sundays
Twelve thousand square feet of recovery room in North Scottsdale, open to the folk of the Phoenix Valley, every Sunday.
Every Sunday.
The first one is Sunday, August 30
If nobody comes, I’ll be there anyway.
What is actually in the room

A friend closes his center on Sundays and has made the space available to us at a discounted rate. We are passing all of it on. Nothing here is a treatment and nobody is going to diagnose you — it is a very well equipped room, and a day to use it in.
- A group hyperbaric chamber that seats eight
- Red light beds and lasers
- Four PEMF devices
- Electro-muscle stimulation
- Compression and vibration plates
- Cold
- Thermal imaging
- A gym, and an adult jungle gym
Because you should probably play, too.
Pick your ticket · nobody is going to ask
Somebody already covered your seat. Take it. If fifty dollars is the reason you would stay home, this is the line for you and there is no form to fill in.
You are here, you are covered, and there is a little left over for the next person.
Your seat, somebody else’s seat, and their membership. This is where the carried seats come from.
Eight seats, memberships included. For a studio, a cast, a crew, a band, or any eight people who work their bodies together and would rather recover together too. Write to us and we will hold the block.
Ten dollars of that goes to the Center. It is a one-time membership, and it carries the paperwork that says what is permitted and what is not. It is not ours, we do not keep it, and we cannot waive it. What you give Circus Folk is the separate question, and it is yours to answer.
We are not yet a tax-exempt organization, so nothing here is a tax-deductible donation. You are covering a seat, and we will tell you honestly where it went.
Before you come
Some of this equipment has real contraindications — the chamber and the cold especially. The Center’s own staff run their own screening and their own protocols, and they will walk you through it on the day. That is their job and they are good at it.
This is not medical advice and it is not a clinic. It is a room full of good equipment, staffed by people who know how to run it, opened on a day it would otherwise sit empty, for people who use their bodies for a living and would like to keep doing it.
Bring water. Bring something you can move in. Bring somebody.
