Who are your people?
A studio, a cast, a crew, a band, a faire troupe, or any ten people who work their bodies together and would rather recover together too.
What is actually in the room
A friend closes his center at seven on weeknights and has made the space available to us in its off-hours at a discounted rate. What it costs him is his business. Nothing here is a treatment and nobody is going to diagnose you. It is a very well equipped room, and four hours to use it in.
A linebacker gets a trainer on the sideline and a room like this on Monday. The aerialist gets a spotter. The drummer on tour gets gas-station coffee. This room has what a pro team's recovery room has in it, and for four hours it is yours.
- Train :: a full gym with machines, free weights, sleds, ropes, cycles, stair climbers and treadmills; an adult jungle gym with a stretch cage; a Proteus Smart Motion machine; vibration plates
- Recover :: compression boots; water massage beds and handheld massagers; electro muscle stimulation; frequency specific modulation; Pulse wave and three other PEMF modalities
- Heat and cold :: infrared saunas and lamps; cryotherapy; a cold plunge
- Light :: a red light bed and panels; UV
- Air :: a hyperbaric chamber that seats ten, with a TV inside; a Hypoxico altitude simulator; inhalable molecular hydrogen
- Mind :: a float tank; a brainwave entrainment headset with guided meditations

The block
One session of any single thing in that room runs about a hundred dollars anywhere in the Valley. This is four hours of all of it, for ten of you. More than ten? Write to us first.
The room, everything in it, Ryan, and a staff member to run the machines, the chamber included. Pay now and name your date, or request the date first and pay once it is confirmed. The date is held once it is paid.
The facility charges its own membership. Ten dollars, one time, per person, paid to the facility at the door on a first visit. It carries the paperwork that says what is permitted and what is not. It is theirs, not ours, and we cannot waive it. Send us your people’s names ahead and the forms will be ready.
We are not yet a tax-exempt organization, so nothing here is a tax-deductible donation. You are booking a room and the people who run it, and we will tell you honestly where the rest went.
Booking, moving, and money back
Request a date any time, and pay before or after. The date is held once it is paid. A person writes back within 48 hours to confirm it with the facility, with the address and what to bring.
Want to see the place first? Write to us and we will walk you through it. No charge.
Need to move it? Give us 48 hours and there is no charge; we hold your payment until you pick a new date. Need to cancel? 48 hours’ notice and all of it comes back. Inside 48 hours the staff are already scheduled, so the block can move once, and the money moves with it.
If a charge is ever wrong, write to us and we will put it right.
Before you come
Some of this equipment has real contraindications, the chamber and the cold especially. The facility’s own staff run their own screening and their own protocols, and they will walk you through it on the day. That is their job and they are good at it.
This is not medical advice and it is not a clinic. It is a room full of good equipment, staffed by people who know how to run it, opened in the hours it would otherwise sit empty, for people who use their bodies for a living and would like to keep doing it.
Bring water. Bring something you can move in. Bring your people.
